Restaurant Responsibility

Food preparation, quality, ingredients, hygiene, packaging, and compliance with food safety regulations remain the sole responsibility of the respective restaurant partner.

Delivery Responsibility

Deliveries may be fulfilled through third-party logistics providers. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational factors.

User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• Not to engage in fraudulent transactions
• Not to interfere with platform operations

Limitation of Liability

Artisans Media acts solely as a technology facilitator and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from restaurant operations, delivery services, or third-party actions.
