Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation.
Once food preparation has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in situations including:
- Failed transactions
- Duplicate payments
- Restaurant unable to fulfill the order
- Verified service failures
- Orders cancelled by the restaurant
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued for:
- Change of mind after preparation begins
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Customer unavailability at the delivery location
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond operational control
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.
